一、论坛介绍Introduction
南方科技大学地球与空间科学系于2017年1月正式成立，由中国科学院院士陈晓非教授担任首届系主任。现已聚集了一批具有国际水平的教研队伍，在岗教研系列教授31人，在三个主要研究方向上开展学术研究与人才培养：地球内部物理和动力学、应用地球物理学、空间物理和行星科学。

The Department of Earth and Space Sciences (ESS) at SUSTech was officially established in January 2017. Prof. Xiaofei CHEN, a renowned seismologist and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), was appointed as the founding department head.
ESS encompasses a wide range of research directions, including the physics and dynamics of the Earth's interior, applied geophysics, space physics and planetary science. By the end of November 2025, ESS has thirty-one faculty members, including four chair professors, five professors, seventeen associate professors, five assistant professors, and seventeen research scientists.

五、费用报销Travel and Accommodation
受邀参加线下论坛的嘉宾报销本次往返深圳的差旅费用（限车票（高铁二等座）或机票（经济舱），国内人员每人上限5000元，国外人员每人上限12000元）。
Free accommodation will be provided to all invited guests. All invited guests are kindly requested to make their own reservations for train tickets (second-class seats on high-speed trains) or air tickets (economy class).Earth and space sciences Department will reimburse the round-trip travel expenses for guests invited to attend the onsite Forum, with restrictions to economy class and a maximum limit of RMB 5,000 per person for domestic travelers and RMB 12,000 per person for international travelers.

1. 引进条件
国家级人才项目候选人或海外知名高校或科研机构终身教授、副教授或取得国际公认的重大成就领军人才。
2. 支持措施
科研经费 ：一事一议
团队支撑 ：提供2个博士后名额，学校经费支持60%，自有科研经费招收博士后不限额。根据学校研究生招生管理办法和院系实际情况，在研究生名额分配上给予支持。可自主招收研究系列教师和科研教学助理。
3. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入：具有全球竞争力的薪酬；并享有个人所得税优惠政策。
保险等福利：学校按照深圳市最高标准购买五险一金，还提供商业补充医疗保险与高端医疗保险。按深圳市职业年金标准购买企业年金。
个人补贴：根据国家、省、市人才计划相关政策，学校将协助申请相应人才项目，如成功入选可按规定享有项目资助/补贴。

（二）优秀青年人才（副教授/助理教授）
1. 引进条件
海外取得博士学位或国内取得博士学位后具有连续36个月以上的海外科研工作经历，在海外知名高校、科研机构等有正式教学或科研职位。
2. 支持措施
科研经费： 科研启动经费（含国家配套）。特殊情况可采取一事一议的方式。
团队支撑：学校稳定持续提供2个学校部分支持的博士后名额，自有经费招收博士后不限额。在研究生名额分配上给予优先支持。项目入选者可自主招收研究系列教师和科研教学助理。
3. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入：提供具有全球竞争力的薪酬；
保险等福利：学校按照深圳市最高标准购买五险一金，还提供商业补充医疗保险与高端医疗保险（覆盖大中华地区医疗保障）。

1. Requirements
Candidate of national-level talent programs，tenured professor or associate professor of overseas well-known universities or research institutions, leading talent with internationally recognized achievements.
2. Support Policies
Research funds：Case by case.
Group support: Provide 2 postdoctoral positions, with 60% funding support from the school. There is no limit to the recruitment of postdoctoral fellows with own research funds. Self-determination of hiring research assistant professors (RAPs).
3.Remuneration
Salary: Globally competitive salary; Preferential policy of individual income tax.
Insurances: Shenzhen’s highest level of retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing provident funds. high-level health commercial insurance. Purchase enterprise annuity according to standards.

Housing and subsidies: Temporary on-campus apartments provided or subsidies to support off-campus rental housing.
