2017年12月28日上午，日本地震研究有限公司总裁、东京工业大学特别研究员司宏俊来访地球与空间科学系，并在创园9栋401会议室做了两个学术报告，题目分别为“Stress Drop for Oceanic Crust and Mantle Intraplate Earthquakes in the Subduction Zone of Northeastern Japan Inferred from the Spectral Inversion Analysis”、”Simulation of Strong Ground Motion using Modified Empirical Green’s Function Method”。地空系多位老师、学生参加了本次学术报告会。报告会中，司老师介绍了spectral inversion以及改进经验格林函数的方法和相关应用。报告会结束后，多位老师、学生向司宏俊老师提问并进行讨论。
